HALF DAY CIRCULAR - VI TO XI (2023-2024)

VGS/ Cir 09/ 23 August 31, 2023 Subject: Schedule during Mid- Term examination for Classes VI to XI Dear Parent The Mid Term Examination for Classes VI to XI will commence from September 11, 2023. ‘Exam days’ will be the half days and ‘Non Exam Days’ will be considered as preparatory leaves. The last exam day will be a regular full working day. Please note the following information carefully:  Remedial classes are already being taken for the weak students. In case any extra support is required, please submit an application to the Class Teacher.  Students will report to school at regular school timings on exam days.  Timings for Exam o Reading Time: 8:10 am – 8:25 am o Writing Time: 8:25 am – 10:55 am (VI-VIII) o Writing Time: 8:25 am – 11:25 am (IX- XI) o Lunch time: 10:55 am – 11:15 am (For Annual day participants) o Lunch time: 11:40 am – 12:00 noon (For remaining students)  The students participating in the Annual Day will have their dance practice after the exam i.e. from 11:15 am to 12:15 pm on the day of exams.  The non-participants will have revision classes during this time which will later be shared by the concerned subject teacher for reference of all.
