Schedule during Mid- Term examination for Class V

VGS/ Cir 10/ 23 August 31, 2023 Subject: Schedule during Mid- Term examination for Class V Dear Parent The Mid Term Examination for Class V will commence from September 11, 2023. ‘Exam days’ will be the half days and ‘Non Exam Days’ will be regular working days. The last exam day i.e, September 20, 2023, will be a regular full working day. Please note the following information carefully:  Regular time table will be followed on Non Exam Days and revisions will be taken in the classes.  Remedial classes are already being taken for the weak students. In case any extra support is required, please submit an application to the Class Teacher.  Students will report to school at regular school timings on Exam days.  Schedule for Exam days: o Revision period- 8:10 am – 8:50 am o Fruit break- 8:50 am – 9:00 am o Reading Time - 9:10 am – 9:25 am o Writing Time - 9:25 am – 11:25 am o Lunch time- 11:40 am- 12 noon DISPERSAL BUS: 12:25 pm WALKERS (Gate no 1): 12:45 pm CAB (Gate no 3): 12:45 pm Principal
